Abstract

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and management innovations is significantly transforming the healthcare and hospitality industries. AI-powered technologies, such as machine learning algorithms, robotic process automation, and predictive analytics, are reshaping how organizations operate, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer and patient experiences. Healthcare has witnessed AI-driven breakthroughs in diagnostics, treatment planning, and administrative workflow automation, while the hospitality sector leverages AI for personalized guest experiences, demand forecasting, and service optimization. However, these advancements come with inherent challenges, including ethical concerns, data security issues, and workforce disruptions. As industries integrate AI, management innovations must evolve to address regulatory frameworks, ensure seamless human-AI collaboration, and maintain high service quality. This paper explores key AI trends, the impact of management innovations, critical challenges faced, and future directions for AI adoption in healthcare and hospitality. By analyzing real-world applications, ethical considerations, and strategic management approaches, this review aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of AI’s transformative potential and the necessary adaptations required for sustainable implementation.
